The original concept piece — an interactive 3D model of a leisure centre with a 24-hour time animation, zone-level energy readouts, and scenario toggles for ASHP and CHP. Built with React + react-three-fiber + Three.js. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, click a space to focus.
The foundation. Stage 1 captures the site model (zones, plant, meters, planning refs, observations). Stage 2 brings in the consumption data — annual baselines, half-hourly CSV ingest with unit conversion, sub-meter binding, and a raw-data viewer. Designed as the consultant's working surface, not a final user product.
Three sister files showing what the platform looks like once it's working. Dashboards present today's consumption, heat-density (kWh/m²), and peak load. Scenarios make proposed changes computational — every metric re-projects as scenarios are layered. The Net Zero Pod® is modelled as the headline Grantham Meres recommendation.
The same Grantham Meres conclusions — Phase 4 eligible · grant carbon cost £323 · council match £282k · 4.6-year payback — written for three different audiences. Helpful for LE to decide what voice fits their actual delivery model.
Three sample reports as the platform would produce them. Each one is grounded in real schema: PSDS Phase 4 Guidance (Salix, Jul 2024); Phase 4 LCSF HDP Guidance (Salix, Mar 2023); West Dunbartonshire Council Capital Plan format for the variance report.
